Trove Partner Resource Sharing network Listings as at March 2026
- Trove Partners Resource Sharing Network Review - 21 April 2026
- Trove Partners Resource Sharing Q&A - 28 April 2026
- New streamlined networks will be allocated based on Geographical location and Organisation/Sector
- Default selection will be Geographical, Speciality then National (Reciprocal) then National Pay for Peer (if in both tiers)
- If you would like Speciality first then you can request this via form sent out on 29 April. Deadline 15 May.
- You will be able to re-prioritise which network is checked first if needs change
- There is no option to control rota further than this within TPRS and requests cannot be sent to locations directly. Requests will still be allocated according to load balancing.
- All previous groupings are invalid the options now are just Geographical, Speciality and National
- All institutions in the Reciprocal tier will be required to be a part of the National network stream
- Timeline
- 29 April 2026: Email sent outlining the proposed changes to your networks and options to submit preferences
- 29 April - 15 May 2026: Review your networks and preferences. Reach out to TPRS with any questions
- 15 May 2026: Last date for network preferences to be submitted for the 1 July implementation
- 1 July 2026: New networks operational in TPRS and redundant networks are retired
