Apologies: Roman Cieresko (Liverpool), Stephanie Lee (Rockdale) Wendy Gindi (Canterbury) and Anne Spellman (Fairfield)
Confirmation of Previous Minutes The minutes were confirmed unchanged by Vicki Wollongong and seconded by Irena Tichackova.
Election of Office Bearers Laurence called for nominations.
Chairperson Wendy Ford nominated herself as Chairperson for 2017. Wendy’s nomination was accepted unopposed and was seconded by Vanessa Maino.
Secretary In absentia Kasia Malicka was elected unopposed this was seconded by Abby Dawson.
Annual Report This was unavailable but Laurence will produce it for the first working group meeting in 2017.
Dates and venues for 2017 meetings The following dates and venues are to be confirmed
• 16th February Ryde Library • 18th May – Blacktown • August – Manly • November State Lib of NSW
