eBMV has a set of standards which their suppliers have to adhere to.
EBMV provides a single access point for libraries to gain access to 6 different suppliers of Chinese books, newspapers and magazines. Other benefits include: • Libraries can opt to receive a new release catalogue. • Libraries can select as per their selection criteria • MARC records are available • e-resources are available for library patrons • Standing Orders are available • Regular usage reports are available

The vendors own the resources and eMBV facilitates their use
Multiple concurrent use plus you can choose from 6 suppliers- simplified, newspapers, mags and traditional and online courses.
There is a $750.00 annual platform fee which covers security and the design of a customized interface.
