If you need a sample permission request letter see the template, and email a letter to them on your library’s letterhead. In the letter, list the books by that publisher that you will be using, also list the activities you will be doing as part of your Book Week promotion. Do this ASAP! Some publishers will take 6 weeks or more to respond.
