2. Innovation In Outreach Services awards: The IIOS Awards for Public Libraries recognise successful marketing projects across the state. Philip Edney, NSWPLA Executive Member (Library Manager (Metropolitan)) will speak with us about these awards and the application process. 20mins

Professional Development seminar: discuss possibility of a professional development seminar with a focus on the topics that were highlighted in the group’s last survey - Ideas for Strategies and Plans / Demonstrating Value of Library Programs / Evaluating programs and services. We need volunteers if we are to run this, and would love to hear your ideas for potential presenters and sessions 20mins
