Book award sections allocated to committee members to prepare and or coordinate libraries to contribute:
  * Picture books – Liverpool (Jadwiga)
  * Early childhood - Kiama (Elizabeth)
  * Younger readers - Strathfield (Sarah)
  * Older readers – Sutherland (Samantha)
  * Eve Pownall – Grenfell (Erica)
  * Crichton new illustrators (just a ppt slide) - Mylee 
  * PowerPoint presentation coordinator – Sarah (Strathfield)
  * Masters of Ceremonies – Erica and Sarah
  * Copyright considerations / publisher’s permissions – Elizabeth and Valentine (Kiama); Mylee to send templates / information from previous years.
  * Venue: Mylee booking a State Library flat floor venue &lt;del&gt;for the week beginning 20 May (as per previous minutes) details TBA&lt;/del&gt; Monday 20 May 2019 in the Dixson Room at State Library of NSW.
