The focus of the seminar this year is the fantasy genre and technical skills.

Breakout groups to be moderated and questions provided

  * introduce yourself in chat with name/library/something you have read or watched recently and a three word (okay up to five word) description of it
  * what is a new idea you will be using from the talks this morning?
  * what author or titles will you be investigating for your collection?
  * at least one idea from this morning that you can try in your library this week
  * at least one idea from this morning  that you can try in your library in the next month
  * what is your favourite readers' advisory tool and why (share in chat or by voice, and add the details to the wiki later)?

12.30 - 1.30 Lunch

1.30 - 2.30 Declan Miller from [[https://www.gestaltcomics.com/talent/stick-mob/|Stick Mob]] on graphic novels.  This is a from a partnership including the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

2.30 - 2.45  Breakout session 

Breakout groups to be moderated and questions provided

  * at least one idea from Stick Mob that you can try in your library in the next month

2.45 - 3.00pm seeking new volunteers for the steering committee to plan 1 - 3 meetings a year and a seminar.  You can volunteer for one year.  We will need new volunteers because otherwise there will be no 2023 seminar.  It takes 1 - 4 hours a month (but varies each month).  Must be able to reply to emails.
