-This online seminar will feature a range of fascinating speakers including: Colin Klein (Professor in the School of Philosophy at the Australian National University) who will be speaking about the differences between mis/dis/malinformation and how to identify them, knowledge that is critical in the current climate. Colin will also discuss ways librarians can best provide assistance and education to the people in their communities by helping them become more aware and critical of the information surrounding them every day; Reference Excellence training with Ita, Judy and Michelle from the RISG Steering Committee; DrugInfo training with the State Library; and the ever popular 10 slides in 5 minutes talks will provide fresh and innovative topics from a selection of public libraries.
