• Elizabeth Skorulis reports that some assistance may be needed for sending out the copyright permission letters to the publishers.
• Stationery needed for the brainstorming activities include post it notes / large paper and pens (MJ to source)
• Is there a budget for a Lucky door prize? if yes, a volunteer author visit/webchat eg Jacqueline Harvey was suggested.
