Discussion included 
  * Order for the day (see following) 
  * Elizabeth Skorulis reports that some assistance may be needed for sending out the copyright permission letters to the publishers.
  * Stationery needed for the brainstorming activities include post it notes / large paper and pens (MJ to source)
  * Is there a budget for a Lucky door prize? if yes, a volunteer author visit/webchat eg Jacqueline Harvey was suggested.
