The cookbook project helped rebuild trust after last year's hard lockdown. The book features traditional recipes from Somalia, Sudan, Ethiopia and Eritrea. It has been a greate engagement and resources for the community so much more than just a collection of recipes, the purpose of the project lies in the title: Cooking, Recovery and Connections.
