+Korean Cultural Centre**
-Korean Cultural Centre
+Shauna attended a tour of the Korean Cultural Centre, located on Elizabeth Street, CBD.
-Shauna and Oriana attended a meeting at the new Korean Cultural Centre, located on Elizabeth Street, CBD. They participated in craft making and a cooking class. They also visited the tea house and sampled a traditional meal.
 The Korean Cultural Centre has extended an invitation for us to host our meeting at their centre next year.
-Young Mentors Program

 Vivien Chung (Willoughby Library) spoke about a successful program run by the library. The library partnership with the local High School from which students volunteer to be part of The Young Mentors program. The length of the program is 4-6 weeks.
 The program was run with students partnering with seniors. The students are trained by the library staff before starting the program.

 Canterbury/Bankstown won the Excellence award for 2022. Library prepared a very large program in which more than one community was represented.

-With great sadness the group was made aware that Oriana suffers from a long COVID19 and due to being so unwell she has decided to retire. She will retire in June 2023.
-She is planning to visit her family in Chile for Christmas.
