Read two to three titles from your junior collection and discuss them with your children's staff.

- Experience reading out of your comfort zone. If you are not sure where to start ask the Children's staff for possible suggestions.
- You could discuss what interested you about the title. Would you suggest this title to others?What is the age suitability of the title? Are there similar titles you could suggest?

Check what resources your library has to help parents of young children and babies. Are there subject headings in your catalogue, are there lists? What easy to find resources are available to assist this client group?
